Founded by John M. Mason
In early 2025, John M. Mason, founder of the Fallen Workers Foundation, had his career cut short due to a serious long term illness. What followed was an immediate and overwhelming financial challenge.
Without a regular paycheck, the weeks and months ahead became uncertain. Bills didn't stop. Expenses didn't pause. And the wait for disability benefits felt endless.
Through this personal struggle, John saw a critical gap—families facing the same crisis had nowhere to turn for immediate help. That's when a commitment was made and the Fallen Workers Foundation was created.
We exist to be the bridge between crisis and stability, providing the immediate support that families desperately need when everything changes in an instant.
